We are looking for a high performing Duty Manager  to ensure that all customer expectations are met by maintaining high service levels. You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the front of house framework to deliver a clear point of difference within the Christchurch market.

From your past experience you will know how a slick, funky, exciting, vibrant & profitable venue operates. Training, staff management and sound cost control / revenue generating ability will all be key skills required in this position. A sound employment history in a busy a la carte restaurant with 5+ years proven experience in the hospitality industry. A current LCQ & GM license are essential.

Remuneration will be paid on an hourly rate $17-$20 per hour, so you get what you put in. You will also receive a swag of company perks a mixture of days and night shift and career development.
