We seek an General Manager to become the face of the business, the heart and soul of the staff and create a culture where hospitality is seen as much more than a job - a profession to be proud of. We are looking for a high performing General Manager to ensure that all customer expectations are met by maintaining high service levels. You will be responsible for managing the front of house framework to deliver a clear point of difference within the Queenstown hospitality scene. The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company employees is essential. The owners are business savvy and committed - this is a chance to shine in a professional environment.
The ideal person will have extensive front of house knowledge, with a minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a quality restaurant/bar environment. You must hold a current LCQ and General Manager licence. A natural leader, you will be prepared to put 110% effort to make this business successful. With the company portfolio over growing, we are looking for a hospitality professional ready to take the next step and progress with the group.
